Terms of Service

Effective date: 01 Jan 2025

Use of Service

VoxCraft Academy provides educational content, courses, and tools. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with applicable laws and to respect intellectual property and privacy rights. You must not disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or have verifiable parental consent. We may require identity or enrollment verification for specific programs. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Payments and Refunds

Billing cycles

If you enroll in a subscription, billing recurs on the same calendar day each cycle. Failed payments may be retried automatically; continued failure may lead to access limitations until resolved.

Refund window

For live-cohort offerings, a full refund is available until the start of the second live session. For self-paced courses, a 7-day money-back guarantee applies if you have consumed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us with your order ID within the applicable window.

Intellectual Property

All site materials—including videos, text, graphics, code, and branding—are owned by VoxCraft Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license to access content for learning purposes only. Public sharing, resale, or derivative distribution is prohibited without written permission.

User Content

You may submit assignments, projects, or feedback. You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting content, you grant VoxCraft Academy a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content solely for course delivery, assessment, and showcasing exemplary student work with attribution unless you opt out in writing.

Privacy and Data

We process personal information in accordance with our privacy practices. We may use de-identified analytics to improve learning outcomes. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in open forums or submissions unless explicitly requested for assessment.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to maintain quality, comply with law, or improve features. Where material changes affect paid access, we will provide reasonable notice or pro-rata remedies as applicable.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxCraft Academy and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VoxCraft Academy, its affiliates, and instructors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for subscriptions. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute resolution.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in British Columbia, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. If changes are material, we will provide prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
